Kathleen Stacey provides management advice and support to executive and senior management of non-government organisations. Activities include: budget planning and monitoring, policy analysis and development, project management support, performance reporting support, development and implementation of communication and engagement strategies, and staff mentoring.
beyond… also undertakes formal reviews of programs to support organisational planning and cultural change processes. This may include: reviewing a program or organisation’s human resource needs and staff profile, resulting in a revised organisational structure and updated job and person descriptions; reviewing internal and external communication processes, mechanisms and strategies; or staff relationships, supervision and performance management processes. These processes are usually internal and sensitive in nature so specific examples are not identified. However, we have worked on this area with government departments and services, and non-government organisations, including Aboriginal Community Controlled Health organisations.
“Kathleen has a strong appreciation of the complex relationships that underlie the health system in Australia, particularly Commonwealth/state relations and jurisdictions. Through her collaborative partnering approach she has led many processes seeking improvements to the way health services are designed and evaluated across Australia, and information is collected and analysed. Kathleen has an excellent and very practical understanding of organisations and change, including strategic directions, leadership, motivation, performance management and culture.” Heather Gordon, Director, Rhagodia Australia
