It is common for our clients to request support with program design and development, either prior to or as part of our ongoing role with evaluating an initiative. Examples of our involvement in early program design and development are included in Evaluation and needs analysis, such as the Ear and Hearing Accredited Training for the Aboriginal Health Worker Workforce Project, the New Arrivals Program Targeted Interventions Program and the Secondary Mentoring Program. Another is in Organisational planning, review and change processes – the CATSINaM Mentoring Program Review and Redesign.
We are also called upon to write or co-write organisation and program funding proposals; this may be for a new funding contract period for organisations, entirely new initiatives or for a subsequent stage of an initiative we have been involved in evaluating. As this work is undertaken in a confidential manner, it is not appropriate to provide specific examples.
