Good Clinical Placements National Guide (2018)
Client: Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives (CATSINaM)
In partnership with CATSINaM, develop a national resource on clinical placements that better prepares nursing and midwifery students and workplaces, and assists higher education provider and employers to consider and address the complexities faced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students when entering clinical placements.
Cadetship and Graduate Program National Resource (2017 – 2018)
Client: Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives (CATSINaM)
In partnership with CATSINaM, scope then develop a national resource that supports the development and implementation of effective and culturally safe cadetship and graduate/transition to professional practice programs in diverse health sectors and geographical locations for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health professionals.
Cultural Safety in the Enrolled Nursing Qualifications (2017 – 2018)
Client: Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives (CATSINaM)
Project manage this initiative; work with CATSINaM Senior Staff and VET sector experts to develop the content and assessment resources for the ‘CHCDIV002 Promote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural safety’ unit of competence, an Orientation Workshop for the VET sector, a pool of available Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trainers and assessors for RTOs, and deliver ongoing orientation workshops in different jurisdictions.

Client: SNAICC Resource Service, Secretariat of National Aboriginal and Islander Child Care Inc (SNAICC)
In partnership with Sharon Gollan of SG Associates, support the development, implementation and review of a training and workforce development project to strengthen the evaluation skills and confidence of the SNAICC membership organisations.
